It is great you came here first, and that's what were here for... Stay away from all of that for now... There is nothing good that will come from that... Take 1-2 months and get your diet right... Your not just going to wake up and have a good diet... It takes time to train yourself to get accustomed to eating a certain way and working out the right way along with your diet... You need to kick in some cardio into your routine, diet properly and get your bf down and then you can run a cutting cycle... after you get these taken care of I can definitely point you in the right direction to cut up...
