your max bench, dead lift, squat

200kg bench

thought this would be intresting to read , i'll start off
all raw all clean

bench 245kgs = 551 lbs
dead lift 345kgs = 776 lbs
squat 300kgs = 675 lbs

body 19st 7 lb, :)
 
I'm new to powerlifting...

First meet, I did:

bench 470lbs (single ply)
deadlift 600lbs (belt only)
squat 520lbs (belt)

Not super great, but my weights are steadily increasing. ONly been training for about 4 months. Used to do traditional bodybuilding stuff w/ lifter weights. I'm still trying to figure out how my body reacts to different training techniques...

I weigh 255lbs right now.
 
All meet lifts @ 165

Sq=540
BP=350
DL=465

Not that it matters but I am still pissed at myself about it, at my last meet two weeks ago, I pulled 500 past my knees to within about an inch of lockout. I just couldn't quite get it without hitching. I think that was the first time I ever got a pull past my knees and couldn't lock it out. Dammit!
