Your greatest athletic feat or achievement?

Nah..my younger brother was in Sports Illustrated and alost cast for a movie about streetball, but that's as close as we came to any of that shit.

I love b-ball. It feels so good to knock down those jump shots and to drive to the basket and finish. The only better feeling was running into someone on the field and knocking them on their arse. I loved to deal out punishment. Not any more though. I played on the playground when I was 35 and when I flattened dudes, I no longer got pleasure out of it. If I'm bigger and stronger, that's what I'm suppose to do. I really got a kick out of knocking the fock out of bigger dudes though. I had a lot more anger in me then. I don't want to hurt anyone now.

I was two-time Mr. Teenage Atlanta, started on my school's first region championship football team and ran college track. The thing i'm most proud of is completing several century (100 mile) bike rides. Someday I want to qualify for Ironman Hawaii....no plans to do it, just want to qualify.

Like Al Bundy said, "Everyday I get out of bed, go to a job that I hate. Come home to a wife and kids and the fact that I don't take a gun to my head, makes me a winner!!
the script writers injected much more true to life reality into that show than most peeps would like to admit out loud! :worried:

I loved that show. I need to start watching the reruns. Gotta get cable television again. Sanford and Son, Gunsmoke, Bonanza. I love all those shows.

Too many to list, my athletic prowress is unparalleled.

I was 12 years old, never pitched in a game in my life. Coach started me for some reason or another, and I ended up throwing a perfecto. Not that big a deal on the grand scale, but to a 12 yer old kid whos life was baseball, it was a very big deal. Our next game, the coach started me again and I was pulled in the 3rd inning. could not throw a strike to save my life. Never pitched in another game. Turned out to be a pretty good catcher though.

only athletic feat I've ever accomplished that I think was really notible was my 1RM squat back in late July '03. It was either 335 or 345, down to about 2" below parallel.

1) Summer camp @ school; I was 12. I was playing dodgeball and a girl on the opposite team decided to headhunt me. The ball had a piece of glass in it. It just missed my eye and hit an inch from the corner of my eye. It bled and I had a bandage put on it. I went back into the game & caught the last ball. My team one. Needless to say, I was the reason Dodgeball was banned at my school. Oh, and I still have the scar.

2) Last December, I got down to an 8 minute mile.

3) Before school, work and my project became overwhelming, I squatted 140lbs.
