Am I the only one who views this chick telling her boyfriend's best friend (while the b/f is out of town) that she is interested in dating others, that this is a not so subtle come on?

I think, for your friends sake, you should have nailed her several times over the weekend, at least once anally, asking her 'who's your daddy?', and a whole host of other really funny/neat things to do with unscrupulous women.

And then when he gets back, say, 'Hey dude, while you were gone, your baby was cheating on you.' Because that's what friends are for: looking out for each other.

He wouldn't cheat on her in a million years...This is far and away the best girl he's ever dated.
