Training Split :
Sunday : Chest / Back
Monday : Off
Tuesday :
Hammies/Back
Wednesday : Chest/Shoulder/Tris
Thursday : Off
Friday : Traps/Tris/Bis
Saturday : Quads


Big 3 Stats :
Dead lift - 460
Squat - 405
Bench Press - 225 ( shitty shoulder )

Diet : Lots of Eggs, chicken , Beef ,Veggies , Fruits and dairy

Cycle :

Test E - 500 MG for first 6 weeks then bump it up to 750 MG for the last 6 weeks :p

Post Cycle : Clomid 50 mg for 3 weeks , if tits get puffy pop some Nolva and might get some HCG if my dick stops working by week 8 .

Supps : Milk thistle , Fish Oil , Multi and some Apple Cider vinegar


Start Date : July 22 , if my eyes feel good ( just did laser eye surgery ), if any problems occur , will start Aug . 1rst .

First Shot today in the right glut. Hurt like a bitch but pain is gone now.

Back/Bi Workout


Deadlift -
worked up to 405 for reps of 3 ( sumo stance )

T Bar Rows :
first set ,10 reps: 4 plates
Second, 8 reps: 5 plates
Third, 7 reps : 5 plates + 25
fourth, 5 reps : 6 Plates

Close Grip Pull ups
25 pounds added - 8 reps
35 added - 6 reps
45 added - 4 reps

Wide grip Pull downs :
First set , 10 reps 160 pounds
Second , 8 reps 180 pounds
Third , 7 reps, 200 pounds
fourth , 5 reps 220 pounds

one arm hammer strength arm rows :

3 working sets , 10 reps , 4 plates .

Seated cable Row :
3 working sets , 8 reps , 240 pounds

finish with a light Bi workout




Felt ok today, since i had surgery on my eyes last week. I had to switch my routine up. Did legs/ calf's on Monday and there still sore as fuck . Dont plan on Dead lifting for a while though. Gonna focus on rack pulls.

Legs :
Front squat 315 x 3 reps x 5 sets

Leg press :
14 plates x 12 x 1
16 plates x 10 x 2
18 plates x 10 x 2
20 plates x 10 x 3

Leg extension :
3 plates below the whole stack for 12 reps x 5 sets

Finish with some heavy calf work :cool:

Took my second shot today , felt good , no pain at all.


Tomorrow a big chest and back day :biggrin:

bro..since this is your first cycle whats the point of upping the test to 750..leave it at 500mg!! 750 is too much for first cycle bro..

and your from vancouver!! nice.. im really close by.. a 30 minute drive! haha
 
Day 12 update :

Weight 208 pounds ( Sunday morning before workout session )

This weeks workouts have been affected from this crazy record breaking heat :mad: Was living off milk and protein shakes. But on the plus side , today workout was great. Feeling the test in my veins. Wanna bang every girl i see :verygood: These 40 + woman at my gym with some banging body's, i just wanna take em in the back and bang the shit out of em. :cool:

Also , set new PR for every back lift today. Last week i was barley doing 6 plates on t bar rows , today was doing 3 working sets of 8 reps. Would of did 7 plates if i didn't forget my chalk . Also 120 pound 1 arm dumbbell rows were done was ease. Banged off 4 sets of 7 reps. Pulldowns , 220 was feeling hella light and banged off 2 sets of 240 x 5. Next couple weeks i feel like im gona blow up :cool:
 
Took my 6th shot today in the thigh. I hat using smaller pins , takes soo long to get a CC :( And a lot longer to get into my leg. Anyone use 22 G pins for their thighs ???

Update : Up 10 pounds . Everyone who i know is noticing me blowing up. Face has the bloat though :(

I would def say leave it at 500mg mate .

And maybe start a light dose of A-dex to help with the bloat .

Things sound like there going well so far mate keep it up you got a great starting size .

Heating your oil should make it easy'r to draw and shot , and remember to put in 1ml of air to the vial before you take out 1 ml of gear its helps push it into the pin.

Update : Changed my diet up a bit and started doing more cardio. I gained too much weight too quick and got too bloated , soo i had to change my routine . Right now im 213 with pretty low BF and low bloat :supercool I dont plan on getting too much heavier , maybe bulk up too 215 to 218 .


Chest is starting too look full and my delts are gaining some good size :) veins are coming too.
