You know you've had a good upper body workout when...

you go to put on your deoderant and can't stop rubbing there :worried:

I must need a anatomy lesson but dang, that little flap (um, muscle?) that connects your arm to your body really is super sore! It sounds odd but is seems the more I work out, the "deeper" my armpits get.

Am I normal?

You are right, your armpits do get deeper.

I had forgotten about some of those changes, so cool you remind me of them.

I was thinking you know it's a good upper body workout when you can't get your sports bra off cause you can't lift your arms above your head.

I remember the day when every single morning as soon as you regained consciousness you thought, "Damn I have to pee BAD." Then your next thought was, "OWWWWWWWWWCCHH!" as you tried to move yourself up and out of bed! :lmao:

I like it when you get in the car to go home and you have to swing your arms up on the wheel. Every turn on the way home is like a work out in its self.
 
you know you've had a good workout ,when you cant reach the edge of your tshirt collar to pull it over your head..

Wax your underarms - eliminates the need to shave. You only have to do it once p/month and the hair is so soft when it grows back that you hardly notice.

I haven't shaved my underarms in over 10 years.

I know I had a good upper body work out when is hard to take off my tank top..
 
I can't lift that hard anymore to get very sore. I'm not sure why. Ever since I got back to it from having the baby, I can't lift very heavy and have very little stamina in the gym. So, I'm almost never sore anymore. I wish I could.

I have that too.

It really sucks when you have dried off and then notice you missed a spot deep in the recesses of your pits.

I think permanent hair removal might be in order.

You don't have to be sore for the weights to be working hun.

It may also just be a matter of changing hormones or swapping around your training routine.

I'm improving -- eating clean 6 times a day. Lifting 3 days per week and cardio 3 days. I'm switching the cardio up to 6 days in a final push for July 7th, which is my target date that I set. So far, I have lost about 15 lbs in 7 weeks, and can fit back into all my pre-prego clothes. The strength is just taking time to return.
