After reading this I decided to check out AF, doesn't look like a quarter of the quality of this site... what a joke, it looks like a haven for all the banned rejects from EF... but man this thread indicates this place used to be a blood bath...

I actually like AF every once in a while but they actually have huge threads about how much EF sucks lol. Definitely purgatory for banned EF members.

Ya we changed a lot of things for the better. We also try to steer clear of bashing other boards to much to. I think there are some smart guys over on af. They have there family and we have ours. I like ours more.

I never like to talk negative about anyone or anything so I will LEAP FROG to the positive affirmation's made.

I agree with the "TIME SQUARE" feel of www.Elitefitness.com and that there is a much more diverse spectrum of ideologies, and opinion offered and SHARED.

I have noticed too that when disagreements arise from various camps there is a respectful "we agree to disagree" discourse that often ends is a more wide ranging view of things ( for example our cardio debates etc)

www.Elitefitness.com is the Golden Child of the the Boards and always will be. I never understood how any one could say anything bad about it since it has given us all so very much.

the ADMIN behind the scenes deserve ALOT of he credit, they have put in place lattice work of strength to allow fruits to grow on.
