Nobody wrote my book. The name on the book with mine is the owner of steroid.com. He produced it and gave me the resources to research it (i.e. the ability to draw from the members on steroid.com, the support of the site, ability to post polls to get statistical info for profiles, etc...), and hence his name is on the cover with mine. Nothing went into that book that I didn't write/edit myself.
