I wish I could still do it but I risk serious injury if I do and I can't bench heavy anymore because of a torn pec. Don't want to do the same thing to my leg. I had 2 big ass trophies where I placed 2nd in the national collegiate championships and in an open meet. An angry ex-husband smashed both of them. LOL
