tee hee
the first two vids are from my comp and the last one is after my elbow surgery. I couldn't put my hands back to hold the bar just yet. The SSbar was alot harder to use, different positon.. whole other world squating with it.
Your physique is beautiful!!! I am sooooooooooooooooo jealous.
Might I make a suggestion for future shoots? Try makeup that looks a bit more natural, not so dark. LOVED THE WET HAIR!!! as well as the outdoor stuff... Did you have music playing? Sometimes that can help you move more naturally and feel a bit more at ease in front of the camera. Produces pics that are much less "posed looking".
thanks BM, I'm a pudgy little thing right now.. lol, trying to hold on to some weight before i diet down. Not even sure if i will compete this year since the wreck and all. But im still gonna diet down as if i were. Have another photographer this time, he's done some fitness shoots, and exotic shoots. The guy i used the last time had never shot a BB, so it was a task to get some good shots.
There was no music playing, but ill keep that in mind for the next shoot. I was so nervous, esp for the pics i took topless.
Remember that it takes time to come back...just start making a plan and a list of what you CAN do. When I tore my hamstring (8 weeks out from my first Pro show) the first thing that I did was make a daily list of things that I CAN do in my training. I added things to that list almost daily till it was completely full again.
