You guys use a different withdraw needle every time?

1). Wipe area and top of vial with alcohol, let dry, draw and shoot same 22g. needle/syringe then throw away.

Next time repeat step one with a new needle/syringe, haven't had a problem yet.

I suppose the needle gets a little dull passing through the rubber first but, it's no big deal to me.

I use a new one every single time. I'd rather be safe than sorry, hell they are dirt cheap so why risk it. I'm sure it's not as much of a risk as using an injecting needle over but, I'd rather pay a few more cents than have to worry about it.

I feel the same way. The only way I would use the same one to draw multiple times is if preloading a few, and generally I dislike preloading the syringe too.

I use a different needle every time. They are cheap and easy to get, so I just don't want to risk an infection.

Just for clarification I do use a new withdraw & inject needle everytime, rather it was my buddy's doctor's advice that I found questionable.

when you buy syringes with needles "as one", vs. buying syringes separately and needles separately, can you take the needle off to inject and twist on the needle usedfor withdrawing, and then putting the injecting needle back on?

in other words, when you buy syringes with needles do they come as one piece or do you still have to actually attach the needle to the syringe. i am asking this because i am planning on using different needles for withdrawing and injecting and i am new to this. responses and help appreciated!

I have used the needles twice when I'm using separate pins for withdraw & inject. I thought I was gonna run a bit short for this cycle so I started to conserve before I got to the end.....just ordered 100 pins today so no more worries.
