Wow! you go girl! Yohimburn is amazing! You'll see great results.. Try Thermorexin too, I take 2 on an empty stomach and then use yohimburn 30 mins before my cardio.. So much energy! I could run for hours on that stuff!

I just recieved my shipment today or yohimburn and cardio breeze. Im going to use it today for the first time and will post my progress in inches in about a week or 2 depending on how well this stuff works.. Im so excited! wish me luck
 
update: just got home from the gym..

I first took a quick shower just to exfoliate.. I specifically went to Target and got this round exfoliating thing that looks like it would hurt but it actually felt awesome.. Then the moment of truth.. I dried off and started to apply my YES...

I applied it to my triceps and shoulders, inner thighs, quads, behind my knees a little, lower and upper stomach, and the love handles (my main problem area), and after about 5 min of standing there naked I was covered in goosebumps. had to turn off the fan I was freezing. Then a minute later I was all warm and tingly. It felt like I was on Extacy for a few minutes.. (not that I would ever know what that feels like or condone doing that lmao) anyway...

Then I took 1 cardio breeze (just got that today also) and went to the gym. Now I have been doing an hour of cardio 5-6 days a week and I sweat A LOT!! trust me, I'm always drenched when I'm done.. but today OMFG.. I was drenched after 5 minutes, I couldn't believe how sweaty I was.. It felt so awesome.. So I finished and never felt better. I really hope this YES works like everyone says. And I'll keep commenting as I go :) Wish me luck!

Hey! How's it going with YES.. Amazing stuff huh?? You can use it on your face too if necessary.. put goggles on.. cos the peppermint is quite strong and your eyes will water if you don't... Anyway keep up the good work, Order Thermorexin too next time, That's even more amazing! Keep your progress updated.. :)
 
So far so good :) I can totally see a difference in my legs and abs. I want to wait for the 2 week mark to post something more in depth though.. this is only my 4th day of using it :)

I just have to say, this is my 5th day of using yohimburn and my lower stomach pooch that is so hard to get rid of is actually tightening up before my eyes.. its crazy! I havnt done anything different but my hour of cardio and regular strength training that Ive been doing.. this is my 10th week of serious working out. The YES is totally working. I cant wait to do my measurements in 9 days from now and I'll update with inches lost then... I love this stuff.. only negative is that I am absolutely freezing my ass off after applying it.. like its a little uncomfortable cus I dont dress right away to let it dry and I just want to wrap up in a blanket and I cant.. I just stand there shivering for 5 minutes haha.. Ill deal though.

My diet is pretty clean, it could be better but I'm doing as well as I can right now.
I eat only whole wheat breads if I have any, oatmeal with raisins and walnuts and fat free milk in the mornin, usually chicken breast salad for lunch or like half a can of tomato soup, and fish or scrambled egg whites at night. I snack on yogurt or a tiger milk protein bar if I need to. I drink tons of water. The only cheats I have a problem with is spaghetti.. I have switched from regular pasta to whole wheat but I'm sure Ragu sauce isn't the best for me. I also eat flax cereal (I found it at costco and it's really good).. that's about it..

But prior to my lifestyle change.. I was eating fast food at least once a day, usually twice just because of the convenience factor. I havn't had drive-though in 10 weeks.. I'm really proud of that. I completely kicked coke and dr pepper out of my diet as well (also been 10 weeks) and basically I just didn't care about what I put into my body.. That's probably why I've lost over 15 pounds in those 10 weeks, and while building muscle and eating right, things are getting hard like they should and my body is just feeling so much better.. fiance notices big changes too.. He doesn't know about yohimburn yet. I didn't want to hear "why are you wasting your money on that, it probably doesn't work" but it's cute cus last night he said "damn I'm really seeing big changes now, more than before" and I think the YES has something to do with that. yay.

I'm probably gonna have to confess cus yesterday he said "Why has the house been smelling like mint lately?" haha i just said "Cus when your at work I get rubbed down with mint body oil by my other boyfriends" lol.. he just laughed.

LOL... thats great... its an incredible feeling, isnt it? Are you taking anything else other than the YES?
 
I take 1 cardio breeze before I hit the gym thats it. I have a major problem taking pills, so 1 is hard enough for me to swallow.. I think its all mental but I literally have to take it over the sink cus sometimes it triggers my gag reflex and I lose it all.. gross! Ive never taken more than one fat burner a day.. its basically just for energy for my cardio.

Just an update.. I havnt done my measurements yet but will on Friday morning.. I got my "visitor" and didnt want to last week cus I was "oh-so-bloated" but I'm feelin better now, so Friday for sure Ill post inches lost....

Look forward to the results!! You'll be amazed with how much inches you've lost!! The measurements will speak for themselves!! ;) Have you tried Thermorexin and Sesapure yet???
 
Ok heres the measurement results. I've been using YES for 3 weeks give or take, on my cardio days.

Upper arms- Lost 1 inch
Bicep- Lost .25 inch
Waist- Lost 1.25 inch
Stomach (around belly button area) - Lost .75 inch
Hips- Lost .5 inch
Upper thigh- Lost 1 inch
Lower thigh (above knee)- Lost 1 inch
Calves- Lost .25 inch

Now I can't say that these measurements are due solely on YES but I can definitely see a difference, so I'm gonna say to anyone curious about trying it, to buy this stuff! Anyway hope that helps

Thats good for just 3 weeks.. Keep up the cardio work and continue to use YES.. You'll see bigger and better results.. Well done..!! ;)
 
Good Morning!

So I'm anxiously awaiting my UPS delivery, today, of my Yohimburn ES.:) I do have a question regarding compatibility with some retinol creams. I would like to try some YES on my face but I am currently using two products (not prescriptive, yet potent enough to have to get through my dermatologist, and I alternate each product every night), they are the following:

Via Retinol 50 EmoluGel-cyclomethicone, petroletum, polysilicone-11, allyl methacrylates, cross-polymer, retinol, tocopheral, tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate, bht, methylparaben, and propylparaben.

Tri Complex Serum-cyclomethicone,dimemethiconol, retinyl palmitate, usp, retinol, tocopheral acetate usp, ascorbal acetate usp, squalane from olives, avocado oil.

Any information regarding the compatibility, or not, between these two products and the YES would be greatly appreciated.

Okay, I guinea pigged myself because I was just too excited when I received my YES yesterday. I only tried it on my face overnight, but I left about an hour between the YES application and the retinol cream (tonight I will try it with my other cream). I didn't wake up the Creature from the Black Lagoon, so I'm guessing the two are compatible...woo-hooo.

I'm just going into exfoliate, apply to body for the first time, then do cardio....hmmm, should be some sort of ship christening or something? :D
 
use of YES prior may increase penetration of retinol. you may experience some drying effect, so you may need to spread them out further. Reccomend YES use prior to workout (after which most people typically shower), then application of retinol creams/gels

I've been using Yohimburn ES for two weeks. I didn't take any *official* measurements but I can honestly say there is a significant diffference in the way my clothes fit, and I can see that my jawline is more defined (not chiseled, which I don't want, but nicely defined).

This topical fat burner seems to work much faster than any oral I've taken. I'm going to have to order the double set next time....or, as Bunny asked earlier..."is there a bubble bath?". :)

you mean which continental region LOL. My butt, thighs, tummy, quads and hams.

1600 calories on the days I don't do cardio a little bit more cals when I do. 40/30/30 split, 5'5 and right now 157 pounds, don't know my bf yet getting that checked later on this month.

my avi was me at the end of august but I weighed 133 there.
 
If you're using YES and there isn't a caloric defecit, does it redistribute? What happens to the fat then? (Just curious... I actually haven't bought it yet... want to, but waiting for BF to go down a little more. ;) )
 
Mac - In the old insulin resistance thread ms stated 'The solution really depends on what is causing the fat storage. Yohimbine will not work in the presence of high insulin, so the if you are going to try this drug you need to use it when you are exercising and have fasting blood glucose.'

People that read this may question
'YES will not work if you are not exercising'?
'YES will not be effective if I have carbs in my system?'

Can you clarify please?

Can you clarify please?

applies to oral yohimbine not yohimburn ES.

YES will be most effective taken prior to exercise, but people get good results with AM and PM application regardless of workout time (as long as there is a calorie deficit)

Carbs issue is only an issue with oral yohimbine and even then its not really an issue.

in a fasted state (with some fructose to reglycogenate liver)-- ie AM cardio- fat utilization is generally best but its certainly not the only time and yohimburn ES is quite effective used for workouts where your BG is not even near fasted state.

I have a question. I told a couple of girls at my gym about it and they are going to order it too. On the days they take spin class, they plan on applying it just before class. They lift weights before class. Are they better off applying before lifting weights or just before spin class? They are afraid if they apply before their weightlifting, they want get the benefit of burning the fat during spin class.

Ulter (AF prez) has told me that an application lasts for 90 minutes, so if they lift weights for about 30 minutes prior to the cardio spin class, they should be in good shape with their single application.

I personally LOVE the stuff and I apply it before doing both sessions at once as well. You'll DEFINITELY see the benefits from it. I'm happy your friends are interested in it too! I also tell lots of people in the gym about it. :qt:

Thanks for the response T-Cake. There is a guy interested too but he is waiting to see how us girls do first. I will mention it to them to apply twice. They spend about 1 hour lifting and the spin class is an hour.
 
I bought this right before I found out I was prego, so needless to say I couldn't use it once I found out. And well, now that I am getting back into working out my question would be.....can I (is it safe to) use the product if I am nursing? Thanks!
 
its not reccomended for use during breast feeding. there is just no data and since oral yohimbine is contraindicated while breast feeding it cant be advised, to be on the safe side.

Thanks Macro!! Well, now that I know that, I have another question......does it have a "shelf life" or time frame that I have to use it by? Will it become less effective the longer it sits in the cabinet, not being used? Thanks again!! :)

You will get into it and look killer girl. Ive put YES over my makeup before, lol doesnt absorb as well but hey, whatever lol.

Ok so I emailed a bunch of you about my upcoming lower body lift -- I gotta tell ya', I am SO HAPPY I don't need to have body contouring/skin fixed on my triceps too! I lost all that weight but I really swear the Yohimburn kept my skin in shape on my arms and thighs. I was just looking at pics the other day because I was seeing if the skin has changed as I lost weight ... and though all the spots didn't LIFT... holy :cow: the YES at least smoothed me out!

And no, no bath-tub-sized yet! *shivers* Brrrr! :)
 
AM cardio...I get up when the hubbys alarm goes off at 6am..I don't have time to sit around 20-30 min before heading off. I power walk with interval jogging for about 45min..is it still worth putting it on?

When I get it of course :) hoping it gets past customs..dam Australia customs grrrrr
