My diet is pretty clean, it could be better but I'm doing as well as I can right now.
I eat only whole wheat breads if I have any, oatmeal with raisins and walnuts and fat free milk in the mornin, usually chicken breast salad for lunch or like half a can of tomato soup, and fish or scrambled egg whites at night. I snack on yogurt or a tiger milk protein bar if I need to. I drink tons of water. The only cheats I have a problem with is spaghetti.. I have switched from regular pasta to whole wheat but I'm sure Ragu sauce isn't the best for me. I also eat flax cereal (I found it at costco and it's really good).. that's about it..
But prior to my lifestyle change.. I was eating fast food at least once a day, usually twice just because of the convenience factor. I havn't had drive-though in 10 weeks.. I'm really proud of that. I completely kicked coke and dr pepper out of my diet as well (also been 10 weeks) and basically I just didn't care about what I put into my body.. That's probably why I've lost over 15 pounds in those 10 weeks, and while building muscle and eating right, things are getting hard like they should and my body is just feeling so much better.. fiance notices big changes too.. He doesn't know about yohimburn yet. I didn't want to hear "why are you wasting your money on that, it probably doesn't work" but it's cute cus last night he said "damn I'm really seeing big changes now, more than before" and I think the YES has something to do with that. yay.
I'm probably gonna have to confess cus yesterday he said "Why has the house been smelling like mint lately?" haha i just said "Cus when your at work I get rubbed down with mint body oil by my other boyfriends" lol.. he just laughed.
