yohimburn es WOW!!!!!!

My diet is pretty clean, it could be better but I'm doing as well as I can right now.
I eat only whole wheat breads if I have any, oatmeal with raisins and walnuts and fat free milk in the mornin, usually chicken breast salad for lunch or like half a can of tomato soup, and fish or scrambled egg whites at night. I snack on yogurt or a tiger milk protein bar if I need to. I drink tons of water. The only cheats I have a problem with is spaghetti.. I have switched from regular pasta to whole wheat but I'm sure Ragu sauce isn't the best for me. I also eat flax cereal (I found it at costco and it's really good).. that's about it..

But prior to my lifestyle change.. I was eating fast food at least once a day, usually twice just because of the convenience factor. I havn't had drive-though in 10 weeks.. I'm really proud of that. I completely kicked coke and dr pepper out of my diet as well (also been 10 weeks) and basically I just didn't care about what I put into my body.. That's probably why I've lost over 15 pounds in those 10 weeks, and while building muscle and eating right, things are getting hard like they should and my body is just feeling so much better.. fiance notices big changes too.. He doesn't know about yohimburn yet. I didn't want to hear "why are you wasting your money on that, it probably doesn't work" but it's cute cus last night he said "damn I'm really seeing big changes now, more than before" and I think the YES has something to do with that. yay.

I'm probably gonna have to confess cus yesterday he said "Why has the house been smelling like mint lately?" haha i just said "Cus when your at work I get rubbed down with mint body oil by my other boyfriends" lol.. he just laughed.

LOL... thats great... its an incredible feeling, isnt it? Are you taking anything else other than the YES?
 
I take 1 cardio breeze before I hit the gym thats it. I have a major problem taking pills, so 1 is hard enough for me to swallow.. I think its all mental but I literally have to take it over the sink cus sometimes it triggers my gag reflex and I lose it all.. gross! Ive never taken more than one fat burner a day.. its basically just for energy for my cardio.

I just have to say, this is my 5th day of using yohimburn and my lower stomach pooch that is so hard to get rid of is actually tightening up before my eyes.. its crazy! I havnt done anything different but my hour of cardio and regular strength training that Ive been doing.. this is my 10th week of serious working out. The YES is totally working. I cant wait to do my measurements in 9 days from now and I'll update with inches lost then... I love this stuff.. only negative is that I am absolutely freezing my ass off after applying it.. like its a little uncomfortable cus I dont dress right away to let it dry and I just want to wrap up in a blanket and I cant.. I just stand there shivering for 5 minutes haha.. Ill deal though.

Just an update.. I havnt done my measurements yet but will on Friday morning.. I got my "visitor" and didnt want to last week cus I was "oh-so-bloated" but I'm feelin better now, so Friday for sure Ill post inches lost....
