yohimburn es WOW!!!!!!

Bunny, I read the board members get discounts at the AF store. Would they lower the price on yohimburn too? A few people at my gym are ordering it saying it gives great results w/out the pain of feeling guilty supplementing..lol..whatever that's supposed to mean. I may try it as well, just want to get the price straight.

I'm not too sure sweets...

I have been ordering without putting in any discount codes because I clearly missed that important tip LOL

Whoops :insane:

lol! Can you find out for me? I dunno any of those in charge of that stuff :) please?
:rose: Tiggs :rose: - Question...remind me what are your stats exactly?

Just want to see what would make ya think you need to use a topical Fat Burner. You seem pretty tiny from your avi

the code is afdiscount

but yohimburn is now fully discounted.

code works on neurogenex, glucorell-r, thermorexin and levorex

if you get one of the UFR kits or glucorell/alcar stack-- they include the discounts

ty. I don't know my stats. My bf has been unknown for months b/c my gym lost their gadget. I'm 5'3. I haven't weighed myself because it's that time of the month. I'm on b/c and it's having a bad affect on my body. I actually worked hard enough to bring somewhat of a 4-pack out and it got diminished as I got closer to my period. I'm just about done w/ it right now and I look like shit. It's not coming back. The only condition I'll work just as hard under to obtain that back is with the topical cream, because I can't stop taking the b/c (it regulates my menstrual cycle). I'm extremely disappointed right now because I wake up in the middle of the night hungry, so I eat. It's having horrid adverse effects...at least I'm not resorting to oral medication. I'm just trying to cope and it's driving me insane. I woke up last night and had a few oz of low fat/no sugar added ice cream...and a serving or two (15 cals each, mostly protein) of farmer cheese with cinnamon. The cold+flu medicine I'm on completely knocked me out and I fell asleep minutes afterward. Is it a mistake to fall asleep right after you eat? Under any condition? I just wanna stop waking up...for god's sake..

Yasmin. I was on and off on Necon because I really didn't feel like taking the pills. I used them to get my menstrual cycle back and I didn't take it at the same time each day/I would miss doses but I still got my period with the dosage I took; however, I would get it whenever I took them and when I'd stop they would disappear the next month OR month after. I never liked the idea of oral contraceptives in general. Right now I'm frustrated with the cycle and the doc put me on Yasmin (a brand name pill) so I'm being a good girl and following it completely...I got my period back and I'm trying to stabilize it using this pill for 6 months. This is the primary reason I can't stop taking it.

Yes. They were shown to be normal. I didn't believe that then and don't believe it now.

the problem with this kind of test is that it just momentary glimpse into a system that can wildly fluctuate. blood samples should be taken at least 4 times with three of those being beginning middle and end of menstrual cycle. Ideally sampling would be more extensive than that.

ES is superior. some people prefer the DF because it has a lower systemic stimulant effect.
I put some progress pics in my sig so people can see the results I have been getting from Yohimburn ES, specifically on my butt and abs...

(of course the most credit is due to Shadow as well)

To avoid any misconceptions, I forgot to add (oopsie :D), these great results stem from a healthy diet as well as following Shadow's workouts... IMO there is no such this as a magic pill or lotion...

I just re-read this and realized I was misleading.

During this time following Shadow's Project, I have NEVER used the yohimburn ES on my ass.... EVER.

The "butt" pics were specifically mentioned to exhibit the progress pertaining to my thighs (in my folders I have labeled as 'Butt'.... )

However, I'm SURE if I used Yohimburn ES on my hiney, it would be completely GONE... (and I'm sure Shadow can attest to advising NOT to put it there for that specific reason :))

I noticed somewhere in this post that someone asked about using YES like mesotherapy....couldn't find answer - anyone know if this worked or not?
Thanks

YES, unlike mesotherapy, has considerable science to back it up. Is significantly cheaper and does not require injections.

as to the specific question, YES can be used in the way that Mesotherapy is touted. It is a topical with local effects. With respect to cellulite it can make a significant impact, though it can only minimally restore cell wall integrity- it will reduce fat and thus the appearance of cellulite. IMHO for those with severe cellulite, in addition to yohimburn ES they should be, under the guidance of a physician using at the minimum estrogen suppression therapy (aromatase inhibitors) and possibly some androgen supplementation.

I didn't know you can rub it on your abs. I had some estrogen issues in the past. Besides issues with my abs, I have a fat pocket on each hip. No matter what I do, they won't go down. They are like love handles, but on my hips. My inner thighs are slowly going down, but they could use some help. Does this product come with instructions? Will be ordering soon.

There are comprehensive instructions at yohimburn.com.
But basically you'll wash the area, put on the YES where you have the "estrogenic fat*" and train 30 minutes later. Yes it will help you tremendously if you're dieting and particularly if you're doing cardio.

*I call it estrogenic fat even though technically there is no such thing. It's where the A2 Receptors store fat. A2's are estrogen related.

Question about using Preperation H & Yohimburn at the same time on the waist area & wrapping it all in neoprene while doing cardio, training or even sleeping in it. Aside from the wonderful prep H smell, the purpose of the prep H is to tighten skin while losing bodyfat. I'm guessing not a problem, but just wondering if Ulter or macro have any comments using big scientific words on this?

Thiomucase and asran wrap does pretty good for temp wringing out some h20

I used that in the past -- forgot what you call the stuff. Thx for reminding me.

Damn Ulter, I need a dictionary to understand whatchu talkin' bout.

Bunny, did you have to go to the bathroom (TMI - I know) due to the diuretic in this when you first started using it?

I guess that means it is working. I like the tingly feeling I get after putting it on my stomach.

Sweetie I drink over 2 gallons of water a day... Im in there every 10 min. usually :)

Washing, exfoliating and shaving gives me a great burn :) Not sure about it having an affect on my bathroom breaks  :verygood:

Macro or Ulter,

Am I suppose to start seeing results in a week? I'm not complaining. Prior to using this, I was slowly losing fat in my inner thighs, however, they started to have dimples (think cellulite, but not as bad). I noticed this morning that the surface of my inner thighs is starting to get smooth. Looking forward to seeing great results.

All things being equal you should see results by the 2nd week. The first week if you're a good responder. If you've changed something, like carbing up (see:*Bunny*) you may add some water to the area that will taint the evaluation of results.

I've been using mine about a week and feel I can tell a difference already. Mainly using on backs of thighs.

I know it's supposed to tingle when you put it on, but has anyone gone numb? I used it on my right thigh and now my right hip to my knee has gone numb. I went to the DOC and he said it't probably an inflamed nerve, but I just wanted to know if this has happened to anyone else.

I love this product. I'm starting to see some results (it will be two weeks on Mon.). My bf thought I was tricked and wasted my money. I told him about what I thought about the product and he has noticed the small changes.

Now, he wants to use my YES! I refuse to share it with him.

I have been using mine for 9 days consistently. Along with diet/t-rex/l-rex. Get the tingle factor and then about 15 min into cardio...BOOM! the downpour of sweat. Holy bagebus i've never walked out of the gym more soaked. Can't fully say that i see "results" as of yet (other than above) but going to keep with it. Thinking about adding cardio breeze to the mix.

I just got my YES/t-rex/Levorex/Glucorell. I am 9 weeks out from a figure show. How should I cycle the YES and when do I stop taking it. I am assuming that I can take the t-rex/levorex/glucorell stack all the way through. Please share opinions. Thanks.
Oh this is my first post. I am 5"7 150lbs. bf 13 percent and competition weight will be about 138

I"ll be using it to the last possible moment. I"m thinking at 2 days out it starts to conflict w/ the protanning anyway.

OK, today for the first time ever, my bottle leaked. Some how it only managed to soak into my bandana (yes, sweatband, a la 80's hair band, flash dance, Jane Fonda, etc...). However when I went to pull the bottle out of the bag I carry it in my gym bag, of course it got all over my hands. So EVERYTHING I touched smelled like YES. Talk about tingle factor in places I don't normally tingle.... Needless to say I was very "fresh" smelling, sort of minty fresh, clearing out half the gym. :worried:

One guy commented that at least it doesn't smell like Bengay...

What a great name for a figure competitor.

You're correct about being able to use the capsule products right up to the day of competition. The top females in the country stop YES 10 days out. I can't tell you why but they do. I would recommend it until 2 days out. Especially on your legs/butt.

Thanks Ulter for the advice. I will start tomorrow and begin posting my results. ;)

one of my friend wants to try this on her legs... Will this make her heart race... She is tiny and i dont want anything to happen to her... Also, about how long would one bottle last using it on a pair tiny legs??? I love your stuff btw... I use thermorexin every spring...

Has anyone on the board reported that this made them Jittery... My friend wants some but she does not want the shakes.... I have used the ES without a problem but i am almost three times her size.... I love the stuff

it is very uncommon, though it is a possibility (though quite minimal). Even small amounts of caffiene can make someone jittery (the rare individual, but still possible)

jittery is very unlikely, shakes is EXTREMELY unlikely

why not have her try yours?

I'm seeing wonderful results on my legs and butt. Looking forward to my order of Cardio Breeze (arrives today!!!).
Hey chica, did you start taking CB? How you likey??

I ordered some yesterday.....dang i need help in the morns. Ugh. I.....am....dragging......lately. :worried: The two-a-days are getting to me.

Sidenote: I'm not 100% sure of my results with "YES". Definitely tingles and makes me sweat like a pig in slop but not sure about it's contribution to the "results" I've seen. I'd like to figure out a way to determine if it's working or not. Any suggestions? What exactly should I be looking for?

****can't wait for the cardio breeze!!!****

Weekly side by side pics I maybe even every 2 -3 days if you want to be thorough)...tape measurements same time every (other) day to coincide with pics... how you apply it (Shower, Shave exfoliate, towel off, YES it up, off to gym) etc...

Forgive me for being a bobo...but what kind of results am i looking for? Will they be different from what my norm diet/workout regimen is offering?

(queen of questions here) :worried:

It is so hard to tell what action (diet/training/supplementation) is responsible for EXACTLY what specific result... it all depends on you.

IMHO, Supps can help 'speed up' the process and results... but first and foremost, if your (1) Diet is key and (2) Training is ON, then only adding (3) Supps will help you see results faster.

I don't think I can say "Hey that inch you just lost off the right thigh is from that YES..good job!"

It could have been from your extra cardio session, your change to a low-glycemic carb, the new leg w/o you just implemented...

Maybe your skin looks smoother? Tighter? No Cellulite? Less Dimpling? (NOT SAYING YOU HAD THIS) but I think you get the idea... again... that can all go back to diet diet diet...training...rinse...repeat...

:bigkiss:

As you know, diet is key. However, the CB and YES are working well and I'm seeing results. For some reason, I'm seeing the best results on my booty (?).

"booty" tends to respond well to yohimburn, as that area (and most upper thigh) is typically A2 rich. Users that apply near to those areas still often report losses as there is some "bleed" of the actives. As well as the metabolites of yohimbine which, while weaker, do have limited systemic release and effects.

You're so wise. YES is practically eating away the fat between by knees and waist. It's unbelievable. (yes, I know diet is important and #1 key factor).

*sigh*

All these fantastic results with the AF store & I keep having to buy stuff!!

I may have to get YES next for my wait & butt.....

I tried out Yes on my lower tummy pooch and with my 23% bodyfat, I have to say I couldn't see much of a difference with regular use over two weeks. I am going to save it for use later when my bodyfat is down to about 17%.

at higher body fats best areas of use are going to be thighs, glutes, calves and triceps (for women). The "tummy pooch" is often a combination of insulin and A2 issues. So as an area it may be better used there at lower body fats.

smilies are just virtual simulacrum of expressions that my meager vocabulary cannot adequately articulate. With a more developed mind and a more worldly socialization perhaps the articulation of such might be attainable.... or maybe its just slothlike laziness (currently no algae encrustation, but will keep an eye out).

oh btw- :p

on a lighter note- need more smilies- current selection a bit boring and leads use of smilies that insufficient to the task.

OMG! I got my yohimburn es today. I'm so excited. Damn, that was quick. I'll be trying it first thing in the am right before my cardio. I can't wait! :D

Is there a possibility of YES being in bigger bottles (obviously, it would cost more)?
Since no one has answered you I will take a stab at it...

The answer lies within the lack of people who are will actually pay a $80 for a bigger bottle, there are not many (I've read this before).

-----

FYI to everyone -

***the YES has a new and improved top :) ***

The pump is black plastic contraption with a fitting on the top that seals the bottle better (kinda like a rubber washer...)

- squirts out more
- Prevents leakage, and
- Turn the top and it locks

YIPPEE... :supercool

okay, tried it...I love the smell...minty fresh. I'll check in on this thread in a couple of weeks and let you know how it's working....

Okay after reading though this entire thread....LOL *phew*... i have a question.

How soon can you have a shower after applying YES? The reason I ask, is because I would like to apply it at 5am, do cardio, and then have a shower at about 6:30am. I have to work at 7am and I don't really want to go to work all sticky-sweaty. But I don't want to wash off all the YES either.

Thanks :)

Ok FINE! After reading this entire thread that started freaking ages ago I have to ask some questions. I'm curious. What range of BF do you need to be in to use YES? Also, when/if you are to discontinue using it, will the problem areas return worse then before even if you hold your diet and your training?

Super curious about this stuff. I have my problem areas. :)

1.5hrs between application and showering is fine.

for women it tends to give results at any body fat percentage, the A2 is a big factor in female bodyfat accummulation.

no. Though some of the fat may return. The leaner you get the less likely that you will see any return (fat is one of the sites where your testosterone and androstendione are converted to estrogen by aromatase). More estrogen= A2 proliferation.

some women with higher than normal estrogen levels may need "touch up" treatments to maintain fat loss. This applies to women on higher dose BCP's as well.

If you have higher than normal estrogen levels you might want to consider, with blood panels and physician monitoring (ideally), the use of low dose aromatase inhibitors. High estrogen aside from it impact on adiposity is a big factor in breast, uterine and endometrial cancer development. Though the use of AI's is controversial (mostly because it has not been done except in older patients who already have the cancers). IMHO the right dose of AI's, can minimize peripheral aromatase and make a significant impact both from an adiposity and long term health standpoint. Obviously as the bodyfat comes down the dose would generally be decreased.

A couple of pages back, someone suggested applying YES and wrapping yourself up in saran wrap. Would that be effective to do before going to sleep, or is the better route still to apply ----> cardio.

Thanks :qt:

thanks for your reply, macro. I have just recieved my order and have just begun testing it out, in combination with the t-rex and levorex. It's only been 2 days, so no visible changes yet but i have to say my hugely ravenous appetite is considerably repressed! Thank goodness LOL
