Ok heres the measurement results. I've been using YES for 3 weeks give or take, on my cardio days.
Upper arms- Lost 1 inch
Bicep- Lost .25 inch
Waist- Lost 1.25 inch
Stomach (around belly button area) - Lost .75 inch
Hips- Lost .5 inch
Upper thigh- Lost 1 inch
Lower thigh (above knee)- Lost 1 inch
Calves- Lost .25 inch
Now I can't say that these measurements are due solely on YES but I can definitely see a difference, so I'm gonna say to anyone curious about trying it, to buy this stuff! Anyway hope that helps
