I just benched a new MAX for me! 200 pounds at a weight of 150! Does anyone know if there is a organization for junior powerlifting? Or am i over my head?
 
Keep hitting the weights hard, you would be suprised how much some guys can bench in that weight class.

my older brother in his sophmore year, benched 225 @ a weight of 116lbs.....you're far from that.
 
not flaming you..........but you are over your head. keep training hard to a few more years. congrats on your new personal record:D
 
dude, i think you must have typed in the numbers wrong. maybe 300lbs. at 150 lbs. or you need to start eating and training harder. i know everyone trains for various reasons, but that goal is OK. i know it is a personal goal of yours, but it is kind of low!!!:bawling:
 
300 pounds?!?! Thats like almost unheard of at the age of 15!!! Oops, i forgot to menton my age oh well. THanks for the replies guys. And no, i wasnt trying to be funny.

sucks..i bench 225@145 and im 16..both #'s will be going up shortley :) im hoping 250-270 after the summer and weigh about 170+
