I just ordered all three now what..???haha
Ive heard nothing but good things from all of these so Im excited..Im cutting right now..
stats are
188lbs
5 10 or 5 11
14%BF
3 2 hour drumset sessions..very intense
3 days cardio varying from HIIT to Steady and basketball
4-5 days weights
I hold fat in lower abs and under nipples..gyno or fat?? Never cycled.

agree. YES is good prior to training/cardio (or both if done at different times)

i have a piano. How much intense Piano playing at 85% max finger intensity would u guys suggest for an intermediate level bodybuilding competitor? I take eca stack 45 mins beforehand and 10 grams glutamine/10grams bcaas/5 grams creatine the works for anticatabolic purposes...

p.s: can i stomp my feet on the ground during piano playing to increase overall caloric expenditure such as on the upper+lower body elliptical trainer? Thanks so much!!
 
haha!! Drums are a little different..all my limbs are goin at a fast pace. I know its a good cardio session cuz Im drippin with sweat after two hours in my studio...in fitday.com it tells you how much calories you burn playing the drums intensely..check it out for the piano!
