yes it can be used before bed. many people use it at that time, IN ADDITION, to use prior to workout
 
ive been on for two days. nothing so far. i'll let you know soon. i'll be impressed if it helps me. there is no fat at all the abs are just don't stick out as far as i want, i need more depth. it definitely feels like it is working as it tingles the whole time i workout. also keep in mind i don't do cardio so ive started doing just 20mins on mac's advice.
 
give it a week, at your bf you should start to see something by then. you might want to take pics. often the harshest (or most lenient critic) is yourself. the camera is not quite so biased.

You ever tried doing low rep, weighted situps/crunches to help give you some more depth in your abs? I do from time to time, without overdoing it because the last thing I want is a bulging gut full of muscles. But i find myself in your position quite often because im fairly lean. I dont have much fat in my mid-section at all, but my lower abs just wont stick out as much as id like for them to, most of the time.
 
tommorow will be one week. i am seeing parts of my abs i never saw before. I DON'T GET PAID TO SAY THIS EITHER. this shit works real well. i might start adding an extra 400cals to my diet and going 40mins of cardio instead of just 20.
