same here , most of my fat is lower abs and lower chest, that seems like that is the last place to go, but i have recently started to apply YES before my workouts. two pumps each spot once a day.
Did you guys follow a diet when using this product? When did you use it(during day, before workout/bed, considering meals, etc)? How about cardio? With or without juice or other fatloss-products?
this varies, depends on the user as well as site(s) of application and amount used. (depends on how it reacts with your skin and oils in your skin- much like cologne or parfume) its generally a light minty scent.
