how are the effects of yes while on a bulking cycle, A CLEAN ONE! will it work, or a waste of money? thanx guys.

I just switch from this to a more varied week. 2 slow long distance sessions, and 2 30 minute sprint/track workouts.

My question for you Macro - w/ a higher BF% will the YES work? I am about 19% and am dieting hardcore - just got Sesa and Gluco and CB - started taking them on Thursday of last week. - Cardio Breeze is the real deal for sure so far.
 
yes will work at any bodyfat. The results may be more pronounced at lower bodyfat when stubborn fat is all that remains. Though in people with oestrogenic issues most of their fat is "stubborn".
