I am down to 212 19% BF(from 246 ??% BF). I'm thinking of switching to Trex from CB but think I may cycle back to CB for the next bottle and so on. We will see.
Sesa and GL seem to be working. I've up'd cardio and decreased calories so I want to make sure I taking everything properly. Should I be taking the GL before meals w/ out carbs (like my post workout shake or any meal after 4pm)?
Supp Schedule: 2 GL in the AM w/ 2 Sesa's before breakfast, same doses before lunch, 2 more Sesa and GL w/ dinner. 2 CB in the AM, 2 CB @ 3pm. Vitamin C, B-12, E Daily V and Glucosamine in AM.
Diet:#1 shake 50 protien 60 carb 20 fat (protien powder, 1 cup oats, 1 banana, flax oil or natty pb). #2 two chicken breasts, salad w/ cholula on it. #3 shake from above w/ 1/2 the carbs and 7 almonds. #4 post workout shake 50 protien w/ some creatine (thinking about getting the purcee). #5 2 cups cottage cheese or 1 cup and 1 chicken breast. #6 protien shake 50 protien 20 fat.
Cardio: MWF - 1 hour walk up hill at 18min pace. TuTh - 30 min HIT in the AM and 45 min boxing at 3pm.
Lifting: All the basic movements. Squats,Deads,Bench,Militarys,Chins. Everything to failure in the 5-7 rep range. Everything being done w/ free weights (except push-downs, but that is it!) M - Legs/Abs. W - Chest/Shoulders/Tri's. F - Back/Bi's/Forearm
So - this is my life. Am I taking the supp's properly understanding what you now do? Any suggestions are appreciated. My goal is to get down to 12'ish on BF so I can get serious. I'm thinking that is about 195lb.
