I'm just watching his training video. If he's actually working as hard as he appears to be. Forced reps, negatives. If he did this every workout how many weeks would it take till he injured or overtrained?
I know he's got great genes and drugs and I'm just middling average and not on AAS but I can't imagine last longer than about 8 weeks before something broke or I just died at this level of intensity.
Is this just a show of how hard he can work out or is this really representative of his approach to bodybuilding?
