I dislocated my damned shoulder again for the 4th time in a year and a half... It can't keep up with me, and now i set here all pissed off because it took me nearly 2 months to get everything together for my winter bulk.. And i can barely make a fist with my right hand...

Im so pissed....
I have dermacrine, amp02, protein, great diet, lipoflame, and motivation...... but its all whacked for now.

Time to put my initials on the bottom of the Norco bottle.
damnit, just when I thought everything was goin well.. ya

Any advise from some bros out there... about keeping stable..

thanks

You must dislocate it pretty bad. I know people who dislocate there shoulder too frequently and just pop it back in and go ahead with their business.

ya man i know bros that can just plug and play.
mine got fucked off on an impact fall, since then its been nothin but a t pain.
these norcos feel bomb tho

That sucks bro. Do you know how long you're out for?

Stay mentally sharp, man. For real. Keep your mental strong and your body will eventually follow when the time is right.

The realness.

I feel ya bro, i have the same problem. I went for surgery, i have a bolt or something keeping things together now, so far i havnt re-dislocated it in a long time, altho the pain is always there, espacially when lifting

Doc said that I could return to work duties and very minimal gym exercises within a week.
I couldn't get the exact low-down because we're chatting through e-mail.

I'm usually good to go up to my max bench within 2 weeks.

thx for the support

Have you dislocated your shoulder after they did surgery? if so, how long did it take you to recover? one more Q.. how long did it take to recovery from surgery?
thx

It's a human body man, not a machine...lol...you should get lots of rest...I've torn a tendon before, no dislocation, and it hurts like a bitch...

I never dislocated after surgery thankfully. It took a long time to recover, months. Its been a year or more now and its better but when i go to bed if i lie on my side i can feel a ''strain'' in my shoulder.

diets okay, by physio do you mean physical therapy? If so, no .. but i'm working with a trainer (my boy) at the gym, doing light light rotator cuff exercises... I'm seeing through it all, (esp now im off the opiates :)) so yeah, i'm getting surgery asap then real recovery starts =]
