As an aside, once the kids are out of the house, we plan to spend the better part of our time on the boat in Freeport. He will at least love the trip down there.
Well barnacles are a pain the ass. They actually have to have the boat lifted out of the water, scraped off, power washed, sanded down and then repainted and dried before putting back in the water. Overall, barnacle is the cheapest "worst case" scenario"
This boat should be going for about 8-10M+ based on the description. Which leads me to believe the engine and mechanical aspects must have been restored by a high school car mechanic shop class.
