How will you ever decide on a costume with that selection? I could make some suggestions, but I'd prefer you to model each one for me just to be on the safe side.

Hey WW :wavey: Love the costume link you sent out - hadn't planned on dressing up for halloween, but you had me perusing the site for quite a while and getting ideas in my head. The sneaky part of me wondered if I could get a costume that would somehow work for the "sportswear" round of some of the Ms.Fitness/Fame/Fitness Model type competitions - two birds, one stone :D

I also had a question about the Ezekiel wraps. I keep mine in the freezer and I cannot seem to defrost the wraps individually to be soft. I have tried to stick 'em in the microwave for 20-30 secs (what I do with the bread slices) but they come out crispy. Should I defrost them the night before? Or should I pan heat them? Any ideas?

09 AM - M1 - wheat/gluten free english muffin with 60 calorie lite & fit yogurt, coffee with splenda and vanilla muscle milk

12 PM - M2 - office is providing lunch.... garden salad, chix breast (they ordered plain and not parm for me!) with small stuffed shell
04 PM - M3 - 2 hard boiled egg whites w/sliced veggies (celery, cukes, peppers)
07 PM - M4 - 5 oz chix breast, broccoli, garden salad
10 PM - M5 - tbsp ANBP or chocolate protein pudding.... or both!

GLUTES AND QUADS *VERY* SORE FROM LAST NIGHT... Even though I finished the workout with 20 minutes of walking on the treadmill and lots of stretching.

Roony I used to defrost mine in the toaster oven. You can control the settings so it doesn't have to come out like toast but at least they don't come out soppy or crispy either.

WW I guess that costume sight must be pretty sleezy.. cuz I can't view it at work it says it's distatasteful, lmao

Hi Roony!! :wavey:
Good thought on the costume... My other option is to use this website for ideas, buy the fabric, have a friend take my measurements and make me something custom. That will be phenomenal! I also thought of buying some kind of halter/one-piece jumpsuit thingy from Fredricks of Hollywood. That would be hot if I can make myself into a playboy bunny or a sex kitten or something! :D

Regarding the wraps- I know they come frozen but I don't keep them frozen. Same with the bread.... I keep them in my fridge so they are softer. Are you not supposed to do this? Whooops... Or I go from the freezer to toaster oven. But I take the wraps from the fridge and I nuke 'em in the microwave like you suggested for 15-20 seconds. I haven't tried pan heating them but that's not a bad idea... but I still think defrosting the night before would be best.

Hm. Am I the only one who keeps the Ezekiel stuff in the fridge (even the cereal) and not the freezer? It doesn't say to keep frozen, does it? I just though refrigerated.

Regarding my site.... LMAO!!! I found it at work, but I couldn't get to the playboy site. I tried and got a big restricted PORN message...... hahahahhahahahahhaha. :verygood:

I get through this stuff VERY slowly which is why I go the freezer route. It's worked well enough with the bread, but it looks like I have to take a different approach with the wraps. As for the cereal, it's in my cabinet. That's how it's sold so I don't think it needs refrigeration.

I have a 25 cubic feet side by side refrigerator, live by myself/cook for one and don't eat more than 1500 cals a day, but the dang thing is always so FULL! Go figure

I *love* the wraps. I put everything in them, from scrambled eggs to tuna to grilled veggies to smearing peanut butter on 'em. Try them from the fridge. I think that as long as they are at least refrigerated, they should be good for a couple of weeks? I'm big on smells, so I would say smell 'em!! Check them out and see if they still look good enough to eat after a week or two?

I am the same with the fridge too, by the way!! It's my cabinets that always seem bare. I have plenty of fresh veggies, but no 'munchies' in the cabinets. :)
