just curious

what do you rep out on on incline DB presses ( not PR) more of the the 8 rep range

also how is the timing cadence on reps?

also whats your typical Pec workout

Depends on the Goal my friend

If I am in a high androgen High calorie state my workout would look something like this

Bench Press 3-4 warms ups 2 working sets to failure and possibly a few forced reps( reps are in the 4-7 range for heavy sets)

Incline DB bench 2-3 warm ups 2 working sets 5-7 reps. often Ill do a High-low set where ill rep out some heavy DB's(say the 160's) for 3-5 then immediately take somewhere around 50% of those (usually 90's or 100's) and kill 8-10 more

Weighed Dips follow. 1-2 warm ups then 2 working sets 7-9 reps. Sometimes Ill go a high low there so I can just drop the extra dumbell and continue to failure

Machine flyes 2 warm ups and most of the time either 2 working sets of 10 reps or 1 single Triple Drop set where Ill go for a rep sequence of something like 6,6,8 or 7,7,7 as long as they are to failure and my final rep is at about 20





If I am in a high anabolic state the workouts are DRAMATICALLY different utilizing heavy facial stretching techniques superesetted with low rep heavy same muscle compound movements.
