Wulfgar at the 08 LA and USA's

great job wulfgar. thats an advanced level of bbing competition you just did. now you know what to do for next year. overall mass is a good idea, especially chest and back.

just from looking at the pics you look as though you may have missed your peak alittle, slightly smooth and flat. did you peak early/late? is there something you feel you might have missed the mark on? add a pump and pull out that last layer of water and you would have been amazing.

edit...worng post

nice fuckin pixs wolf .. u in awesome shape .. u got great knowledge .. i wish i would see u post in here more often ..there is so much alot of good bros could learn from u .. i mean shyt everyone knows the basically by now ..unless u a fresh noob

Bryant got his pro card. Not sure what he does not show as placing at the USA's

I def missed my peak. I have some pics from the night before. I was drier, harder and more vascular just sitting around. It is harder than I imagined peaking 2 weeks in a row. Its almost like something has to give in one show or the other.

Bryant was the Light-heavy winner. He got his pro card along with Curry at the USA's.

2 weeks in a row is VERY hard ideally if your doing shows back to back 3-4 weeks is needed to rebound and be ready to peak again IMHO.

how did ur diet and training routine look like bro?

245 lbs of solid muscle is sick but you're fricken tall too so adding mass is key. You know what you need to do and what you need to work on so have at it and good luck. I certainly wish I had the time to put into developing a BB physique. I like one thing you said and that was that you didn't want to do too much T so as to not burn out too quickly, smart man bro, smart man.

**edit**
When you get a chance, I'd love to see your workout and gear regimen. Do you plan out your gear a year in advance or 6 mos. at a time or even smaller time icrements, depending on what you need to work on?

you look GREAT!!! at your height, it's very impressive. over the next few years
you'll acquire the " mature" muscle look and things will get very interesting.
again, you look fantastic and i really enjoy your knowledge of bb'ing and crazy
humor.
