Marvel has become such a poorly run company over the past 5 years. They were on the verge of bankruptcy until the money from the movies came in (they were actually selling their board room doors on ebay, among other things).

Their comic part is just as bad, cancelling titles without any explanation, being late on big sellers, lowering the page count on big titles ... As much as I love my comics, I really don't like Marvel.
