WTF is up with this delt? (pic added)

Ok as you see in the picture at the bottom,not a very good shot with lighting but that streak acrossed my delt gets like black,blue and purple after doing chest or delts and when i wake up in the morning...Its right over that big vein that pops out on my delt..Now this is a cold shot but that color there stays like that and i am geting one on the other arm of my delt also, but not as big yet. Also been waking up with my hole arm going to sleep at night when i lay on that shoulder anyone have a clue?

doesnt hurt at all comes and goes...Only does that when i get a good delt pump maybe i am cuting the blood off with the pressure between my skin and muscle? Cuz i have really packed on alot of delt muscle like 3 times what they were...
