I was thinking of making an order and i live on the east coast.

A controlled delivery is where the DEA scumbags place an electronic monitoring device inside your gear package. Once you open the package, whether at home or at the P.O. BOX you use, the DEA agents bum rush you, throw you to the ground with guns pointed at your head, and then you are fucked with shitloads of federal felony charges.

Anavar--and anavar only--is the way to go! Get your milk thistle, Tyler's Liver Detox, r-ALA and use about 40mg of Anavar ed for 6-7 weeks and you are set! Have used dbol in the past on cycles with 30mg ed, but I don't like the bloated feeling and the water retention that you get, even though I was using arimidex.

east cost, south. miami port? not sure where it comes in from. seems things have slowed since the war....used to be airmail non trackable was here in 5 business days. i order 90% domestic, this was just some stuff i can get cheap and sell for good money....so worth the small dollar amount risk in my book. but int'l is a PITA if you ask me for the small savings.....hard to find painkillers and the like though domestic for a good price, int'l pharms got them all over. but gear i can get domestic and prefer that route.

It's stuck on the west coast, and even the source said that he doesn't like shipping west coast because of problems with customs. Apparently the east coast is way better, although I don't see how they could be so much sloppier. It supposedly is in an envelope, but maybe they got it anyway. I don't even care if I get a seizure letter, it was only like $100 worth of powder anyway.
Yes, domestic is safer, but try finding 40 grams of test powder for 100 bux here. You won't. That shit is dirt cheap overseas, and that may be a lot, but from what I've seen about federal dosing guidelines, one 10mL bottle=one dose (or 50 tabs), so at 250mg per mL that's 16 doses. It's not like 100 omnas or 5,000 tabs of dbol.
Oh, and it was sent EMS, so it turns into USPS once it gets here.

Bro I know the source you are talking about. I am in the same boat as you except mine has been siting there for over a month. The reason its taking so long is probably cause they are running tests to identify the powders none the less you aint getting your pack but I would clean house just in case. Even if it comes now I would not sign for it, I know I am not signing for mine. The real problem is this guys packaging suck plain and simple. If he invested a little time and money into his packing he would do alot better. Not only that he has a resend policy. He claims he resent mine to a clean addy that I provided on the east coast but the tracking # wont track and its been 4 days since he sent. So anyway with all the crap thats going on it the world right now I would stick to domestic and pay a little extra.
