Good video. Never seen it before, but that's exactly what I do when I grip the bar with a false grip: grip it normal first, then move the thumb behind. You end up with a very secure grip.
I hadn't heard about that triceps vs chest emphasis from switching thumb position until I read an article the other day on T-Nation by Tate. Been thinking of switching back to a normal grip, after not having used it in years, just to see if there's any impact on benching strength.
