Especially in my left wrist. Iv been doing alot of forearm work lately and alot of wrist curls, also alot of dips and heavy benching and all together my wrists are beaten. Doing wrist curls hurts loads on my left wrist. If you look at your wrist you can see you have two bones that make it up, its on the one that is on the side of your little finger if that makes sense. Moving the wrist through a full ROM even with no weight is uncomfortable sometimes and as its not a muscle I cant really rub it or anything.
Im taking a week off now anyway but they have been like this for a while? Any suggestions? I just did some forearm work but with a bandage type thing wrapped tightly around that wrist and it really helped but the pain was still there...
