Wrist feels like it is broke...

I did shoulders today and everything felt fine. I came home ate and took a nap a little later, I woke up from my nap and my wrist (on the top) is pretty painful.

It hurts to extend my wrist (palm down) down. It is also noticeably uncomfortable to move it in any other direction.

Ahh well... this thing is going to be a nagging problem I think.

I'm having problems with my wrist right now too. i had to skip my workout last night because it was so painfull/swolen. Mine seems to be in the flesh between the thumb and pointer finger and it extends a little down the wrist. I think it's some tendons or something inflamed.

I did chest/tri's on Monday and didn't feel anything until Wednesday. I'm just icing it and not doing any upper body workouts for a few days and hoping for the best.

I have had that very bad, solved it suprisingly by a single band of athletic tape around my wrist(tight) to keep it compressed. Have no idea why or how it worked lol,but it did.
 
Just a sprain, sure ain't nothing like what I did when I jammed my elbow on my knee when trying to dump a clean, and it didn't break :)
