Wrecked my nissan maxima tonight

What a night !! this kid in a ford pickup in front of me hit the left turn signal merges into the turning lane,i'm proceeding to pass when he decides to make a quick right at the convience store ,i hit him in the passengers side door swerving over the curb to keep avoiding hitting him more,he has a scratch down the side of his door 2 ft long about 1/2 inch wide,but the impact tears off the entire front panel & grill including bumperof my car,while we're waiting for the cops he get his cell phone out & calls mommy,mommy shows up,they try to say i rear ended him,theres no paint on his rear bumper its all down the side of his truck,so the cops put him in the wrong,mommy gets upset ,now the older sister gets involved,demanding i take a dui test,I agree only if he does also,both of us are in the clear,mom is still upset this drags on until more cops show up and have us both give a written statement of the event,plus they call in an investigator to take photos !! all this time mommy is arguing her case this whole damn process takes almost 2 hours.I believe if mom had stayed outta it and let the adjusters the next day decide i would have been gone in 20 min. MAN!!! WHAT A NIGHT!!!

yeah!!!! i'm not black ..not that it matters,Mommy wasn't there but they made a scene that caused the delay..besides hi thats whats wrong with America these days everyone want to sue!!!! The only regret i have was i was rear ended 15yrs ago an gotten whiplash but the problem didn't surface until 5 yrs later.
anyway tomorrow the adjuster will sort it out!!! Just glad it wasn't my vette i would have gone postal by now!!! LOL!!!

No she wasn't MILF she showed up later, looking as expected a country hick with no teeth.


As far a my Nissan i had it fixed at my expense then sold it.

The insurance agencies are still battleing over who should pay, the kid is prob. gonna get off leaving us both stuck with the costs.
