Wowzers.... the "droid" is one helluva phone

I was gonna get the droid till I saw it had no good decompression planning app. iphone won for me just for the scuba related apps.

Me too.

It's been so brutal getting off Macs for me. Every time I'm ready to part with my iPhone (95% due to AT&T), my Windows machines start screwing-up and I decide to cling to my last vestige of Apple. I know the products aren't related, but I don't think I can take another messy conversion.

it's $100 at bestbuy for a new droid. $10 per month for a warranty. and for unlimited texting and calling it's around $120 month (but i didnt get that)

i imagine its comparable to an unlimited data plan on any other carrier.

How's the camera quality on the phone? I use a DSLR for all my kid picks but I want something to also take quick snapshots and email them to my folks on a regular basis. I don't pull the pics off my DSLR that often.
