I joined up earlier today and I have been amazed at this site! I have not been to the rodeo in sometime now.. Wife.. House.. Kids.. seem to have taken the time and financial priority.. Now the kids are older and the wife has her 3515 sq ft house.. Always stayed active in the gym, but now I can spoil myself once again!

Point is I wanted to tip my hat to those who have put this together, what a wealth of information all centrally located and EASY to find!

7 years of 1st hand exposure I thought I knew a lot.. I have been put in my place over the last several hours.. Thanks for the excellent resource!!
