Never heard of anyone ever having libido problems on cyclo/havoc, and i've ran it multiple times

Tribulus works extremely well for me for that type of issue. I would also take ZMA at night to get your body to release more test and hgh while you sleep which will help with that. NO2 supps with L-Citrulline malate helps the blood flow to your dick. My suggestion:

1. A lot of tribulus: I take 3-4 pills of it at once at 625 mg a pill
2. Nitrulline from vitamin shoppe- somewhat cheap for NO2 and has citrulline and taurine in it
3. ZMA on an empty stomach before bed


Maybe also look into using Sustain Alpha from Pp, that should help your body release more LH which is the "teenager" hormone. Your libido should go up and that will help with limp dick.

In the pm you sent me I did not know you ran cyclo. I suspect you could have high progesterone. A little dostinex .5mg every 3 days should do the trick on this one... Not saying the Sustain Alpha will not work but I am a fan of tackling the base of a problem rather then masking it.

I would run the dos and some Sustain Alpha

I use deca with no sides. Others get limp dick and take months to recover. Each person is different....

Drop the Novedex and you should be fine if you dont have issues with progesterone then its going to be that your estrogen levels are close to 0.

Yes drop it and run it at a later time. You should probably drop the anabolic signal too then continue it once you are done with the Post Cycle support to keep test levels boosting. I think your estrogen levels are super low because the Havoc is also an estrogen blocker.

I didn't plan it this way, but after a 6 week 3xcyclo/havoc run, I ended up taking my AI Post Cycle Support for almost a week prior to starting the Gaspari Nolvadex. I couldn't have recovered any better from a libido standpoint. I did notice though that i was running high on est after a just 3 days of just the PCS, so once your libido recovers, i wouldn't hesitate to jump back on the Nolva especially if you notice yourself starting to retain water.
