I suspect this 'supercomputer' would probably have tracking devices that would allow the government to keep tabs on you. So, for me, it's a no go.

just about everyone is carrying a tracking device in their pocket everyday, a cell phone. even if it's not being used if the power is on you can be found. every so often cell towers send a signal to your phone to see where you are. the excuse the government uses for this is if you are trapped somewhere and are unable to use your phone to call for help, they can find you.

you are confusing hardware with software

nano technology my friend

you would not be able to, look up stored information, do calculations and have a mind to nano computer input/output device without some kind of software involved
