nope. a 6/8 pak is only visible without a shirt on, which is not possible most of the time, unless u live at the beach like lestat does.

a bigger guy, with bigger than average mass and size, but not overweight, will get noticed more often in normal, non-body building environments.


trust me, at 6-1, 240 pounds, 48 inch chest...........i know about this. a good friend, who is 5-10, 36 inch chest, 8% bf naturally (damn him! lol), with a 6 pak complains frequently that i get more long, intense looks than he does during normal, clothed situations.




i guess it's human nature to want what we don't have, hey?

I would have to say yes - I have resigned myself to the fact that I will never be a very large man, just not built that way, so I would take a 6 pack now.
