nope. a 6/8 pak is only visible without a shirt on, which is not possible most of the time, unless u live at the beach like lestat does.

a bigger guy, with bigger than average mass and size, but not overweight, will get noticed more often in normal, non-body building environments.


trust me, at 6-1, 240 pounds, 48 inch chest...........i know about this. a good friend, who is 5-10, 36 inch chest, 8% bf naturally (damn him! lol), with a 6 pak complains frequently that i get more long, intense looks than he does during normal, clothed situations.




i guess it's human nature to want what we don't have, hey?

I typically get looks of "oh my god it's godzilla" for those long looks.LOL

i'm 5'10", 170. broad shoulders and nice frame. i have the body that women go ga-ga over.

i could just bulk up and get big, and still have abs. But at 200+lbs, i just look like a muscle freak, and a turnoff for hot 20-something chicks. So for me, it's about getting tail and looking good - so i'll stick too my physique.

And funny, according to the army - 200+lbs, you'd be considered majorly obese and they wouldn't let you in.
