Would this be overtraining while on..?

Day 1 - chest back
Day 2- shoulders arms legs
Day 3- Chest, back
Day 4 Shoulders , arms, legs
Day 5- Chest , Back
Day 6- Shoulders, arms
Day 7- Off

I've never done a cycle before and i'm not entirely sure exactly how much they will speed up my recovery, but I want to make the best use of this cycle as I can.

I am currently running Test E 500 mg a week with a beastdrol frontload.
Right now I am 5'10, 217lbs. and 11 % BF

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

+1. I'd rather have sex with my grandma than use that routine.

I cant put chest and back on the same workout. By the time I got done with chest I know I'd half ass my deadlifts.
 
It would be over training while on OR off

you need to do a better job with your splits.

i do

day 1: pushing exercises
day 2 : pulling exercises
day 3: legs

you end up working the same muscle groups every 4 days. its a generic and simple split that I've used to perfection

Or DC. Lots of good routines out there. Do some research. U need to recover. Train smart, eat right, recover.

when i do chest i barely have anythign left for tris... when i do back i can barely do bis...hahaha this cats got to start lifting some heavy weight...cause this kind of routine maybe with 10lb dumbells is workable


after my 3rd chest exercise im about dead...i hit skull crushers and kickbacks then im fucking thru... for back i start woith deads and i pretty much lay down on the floor after that for a lil bit to get my marbles back together hahaha

I think so. Keep in mind you can still overtrain even while ON.

I'm with ya, if you go balls to the wall on push ^ pull your Bis & tri's will be pretty much wasted when you're thru.Big Muscles=heavy serious weight!
 
Thanks for the input.Keep in mind this is not my normal routine. I just thought I could go a little crazy If I used juice, at least i'm still early enough in the cycle to know I can't. I'll stick (more or less) to my tried and true routine.
 
I think its an A for effort, but I've been told doing a muscle group more than once in a week means you're not hitting it hard enuf. If you can do a chest workout on monday, and you're ready to go again wed, I'd consider doing one killer routine one part per week. up the intensity..
 
one body part every 4 days is almost perfect twice a week max... EOD is just catabolic bro
