Would this be overtraining while on..?

when i do chest i barely have anythign left for tris... when i do back i can barely do bis...hahaha this cats got to start lifting some heavy weight...cause this kind of routine maybe with 10lb dumbells is workable


after my 3rd chest exercise im about dead...i hit skull crushers and kickbacks then im fucking thru... for back i start woith deads and i pretty much lay down on the floor after that for a lil bit to get my marbles back together hahaha

I'm with ya, if you go balls to the wall on push ^ pull your Bis & tri's will be pretty much wasted when you're thru.Big Muscles=heavy serious weight!
 
Thanks for the input.Keep in mind this is not my normal routine. I just thought I could go a little crazy If I used juice, at least i'm still early enough in the cycle to know I can't. I'll stick (more or less) to my tried and true routine.
 
I think its an A for effort, but I've been told doing a muscle group more than once in a week means you're not hitting it hard enuf. If you can do a chest workout on monday, and you're ready to go again wed, I'd consider doing one killer routine one part per week. up the intensity..
 
one body part every 4 days is almost perfect twice a week max... EOD is just catabolic bro
