I was not suggesting what u said was wrong, there are in fact carbs in cottage cheese. The higher fat varieties have less, as there is less sugar added to make up for taste in the absence of the fat. I was just stating that amongst some other food choices, unless u are a strict pre-contest diet, it's not all that bad.
I don't know why you came back mockingly, but that was not my intention. Just bored?
