Working out your abs?

The best workout for your abs is Hardstyle plank, Dead bug and Barbell back squat. But just like any other muscle, your abs need a break too! That doesn't mean you can't activate your ab muscles during your warm-up with exercises like Planks, Inchworms, and other balance and stabilization exercises, but you shouldn't train them every day.
We can do workouts and abs even without equipment. We can work out for abs even without equipment. It is very useful. You can also try it at home and in the gym.

  • Hardstyle plank.
  • Dead bug.
  • Hollow extension-to-cannonball.
  • Bird dog.
If you want then you can also use equipments like :

  • Dumbbell side bend. Equipment: Single medium-weight dumbbell
  • Barbell back squat. Equipment: Barbell—no weights, though.
