working out without weights

can anyone give me some ideas for exercises that can keep me in shape without picking up weights. i would rather use them but my current situation makes so i have to improvise. i can think if a few basics like situps, pushups, pullups but i would like as many as possible for all the muscles possible. thanks in advance
 
sprint running for quads.. jump rope for calves.. close-grip pushups for triceps.. buy some clamps or something and squeeze on them for forearms.. get on your stomach on the floor and lift up your upper and lower body simultaneously for lower back.. and all the exercises you said are great... that's all i can think of without weights... good luck!

I was JUST gonna ask this question. haha

Are there any good exercising not using weights that work the chest area besides the ones listed on the link? (Which btw that linked helped a lot thanks)
