Working out and detoxing ?

Just a quick question guys.

Detoxing and working out....how does it work for you.

Thurs and Friday I'll be on a 2 days detox program.

This consists of:
Warm water and a lemon squeezed in when I awake.
Workout
Grapes is the only solid food I can eat........as many as I want and whenever I want, green and purple. Water or fruit juice is the only liquid I can drink.
Warm water and lemon squeezed in before bed.

So the above for 2 days. Will detox my system out clean.....will also loose lbs because of it.

My major concern is the cravings. I mean I'm a big guy who loves meat and carbs. It's gonna be touch.

Any expierences out there ?
 
My advice: Don't do it. This little diet scheme has NO protein whatsoever, and very little calories at that...if your metabolism is anything like mine you will lose 10 lbs. in 2 days, which will then take two months to put back on....Being an ectomorph is expensive....
