Drive is recognized but folder/folders have gone AWOL.

Well, the directory structure is probably corrupted somehow. (Duh...)

But, the pics are probably still on there. You (or the software you ordered) will have to recreate the internal directory and/or file linkages to extract the pics. I havent had to do that kinds stuff in a looooong time. Hopefully the software you have coming will automate that madness.

I have been working on this for several days now.


Just downloaded a program 20 minutes ago and it is working its tail off retreiving photos. Got back about 200 at last count and it is still working.

It was the last folder with 72 files that didn't make it to CD land though. If it digs them up...........I am one happy mofu.
