word of caution and advice - N2KTS

guys - learned this the hard way -
N2KTS is POTENT !
dont start with one or two scoops ... start with less.
I tried one scoop and holy shisse , I tried half - still too much . I tried third - better but still too much. 1 quarter of the scoop works like magic though. focus and intensity during workouts are superb. no crash after, no jitters, just clean energy and desire to attack the weights. Good PWO but one needs to find how much actually works because with too much I could not even finish one of the workouts. But when you take just the right amount it is great.

Needto - the scoop in N2KTS is @#$%^ too large brother :)

I am 38, no problems with health, drink tee and coffee in large quantities all my life so not that I am super sensitive to stims .... and I do not drink any caffeine drinks a couple of hours before taking n2kts...

so guys - do not over do it with N2KTS - start with half a scoop and adjust up or down depending on how your body reacts.
 
lolz. its true it is good stuff. although i personally like 4 scoops. u should of seen the original dosin size. lmao. ive seriously read threads about ppl goin to the hospital cuz there heart was beating so fast they got worried. lol yeah guys be careful

Holy crap bro 4 scoops? Um.... hahaha someone has a HIIIIIIGH tolerance! You must weigh 400 pounds and are 7 feet tall?
 
no i jus always used stim. im quite small actually. been trying ti stay away tho, and keep cort levels lowered.
 
You should have seen the old scooper we had it was twice the size of the one we have now. A whole scoop with the old scooper would have prob killed you bro lmao.. The old scooper was the size of 3 scoops of the new scooper we got..
 
No shit?! Ya 2 scoops of N2kts is by far my fav pre workout.. When I dont need something so powerful I use PowerChews pre workouts.
 
NTKTS is the best preworkout I have ever used. Hands down some crazy shittttt. I went up to 4 scoops and was curling wayyyy more than I have before I had used it.
 
N2kts is top notch!

You guys need to try out the powerchews preworkout. I really like them too.
 
I'm 38 now and tried this the other day. Yes I'm still sore from the nonstop workout I put in. But I'm about to do it again. Good stuff here bro, thanks needto.

O.M.G !! You must have been really wired, I cannot take more than 1 scoop.
 
i think idealy it should be switched in and out with omega ultima. ultima is a non stim pre workout. ive used them for so long from superpump to 1rm to every other piece of crap out there it takes me alot. im a 4 scooper too.. cept last time i did it the blinds people finally showed up to fixed the windows or w/e they were doing. so i couldnt work out and i was just wacked, pacing around, having stupid conversations lol
 
The same applies to power Chews also I started with Two Because I didn't know what to expect!
 
As a dietary supplement, take 1 to 2 scoops in 8 to 16oz of water 30-45 minutes before a work out. Always shake vigorously before opening to distribute the contents evenly. Due to the extreme power of N2KTS, we recommended using 1 scoop first to assess tolerance before consuming larger amounts. Do not consume more than 3 scoops in a 24 hour time period.
