This will be my first official epi strong log.
I will be running it at 5 mg for 6 weeks but might bump up the dosage if I see I platue.
I will be taking bridge as my pct
I'm 5 feet tall 0 inches
110 pounds
13.79 % body fat according to a dunk test.
I'm training 4-5 times a week
I have adjusted my macros and caloric intake for a lean bulk :)
My goal is to gain some noticeable size and strength while maybe loosing some body fat!

Today was my first time taking it and I haven't felt any obvious difference lol
Ill update whenever I can which will probably be often since I'm a stay at home mom :)
 
First week is almost done :)
I haven't noticed significant changes, the only things that are different are
- hungrier than normal
- more energy at the gym
- higher sex drive

No side effects what so ever and hopefully they won't appear until later durring the cycle because I am running it at such a low dose
 
I have pretty normal skin.
I break out occasionally with a couple pimples here or there.
I'm not supper worried because this could just be a normal occurrence :)
