I know most people are against winny for women but this is the perfect scenario for 10 mgs/ day of winny. 3-4 weeks out from a show. Hardens you right up. I wouldn't recommend it for the op as a first cycle but it's when I'd love a little winny [emoji12]

It really comes down to bringing your best package to the stage. In the time frame you have and given you're likely at a huge deficit, you're not going to see a lot of gains with var. if you're finding the bloat too much, that's why I'd drop it and pick it up after your show. The body will be pretty anabolic and if you can keep your diet tight and not rebound too harshly, it's a perfect time to see some big gains!
 
Are there extreme side effects of winny?


Winny has a much higher risk of sides and is a lot harsher to use. Hard on the joints and liver and a much bigger chance of things like voice changes and facial fuzz.
 
U remember the anabolic to androgenic ratio on winny

It's not one of my preferences so don't remember ?!?!
 
Thanks so much - if I'm still bloated next week, I will drop it. I wasn't taking it to put on size between shows, I just didn't want to loose size while depleting more. I want to come in leaner for my next show. So hoping to stay hard and keep size. Definitely looking forward to using it in the off season
